Wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Very quiet, lovely doors into courtyard that can be pinned back. Great breakfast, good value. Good location, 10 mins walk from Port Royal train station. Vavin for bus, very good transport. 45 mins walk to Eiffel very easy. 25 mins into city/Notre Dam. 24 hour reception. Beds comfy. Deluxe double can be made into twin. Pillows very good!!

Close to the Montparnasse area, full of cafés, nightlife and restaurants. Easy access to metro, picturesque neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, nice shower, courtyard was cute, nice on site bar/restaurant where it was fun, relaxing spot to watch soccer games. Would recommend!

This place desperately needs a renovation. Stinks of mildew, 30 year old dirty carpets, water dripping down from the ceiling, stained walls and doors, smelly bath towels, creaky bunk beds that scared my kids, crusty shower head. One pillow didn’t have a case on it, had to go to front desk and use google translate with the guy as he didn’t know what a pillowcase was in English. The wall plugs are not in convenient locations for 2024 when everyone needs to charge their devices.

We had a reservation for Late June. Paris had nice weather, but still it was summer. Our room was very hot. When we tried the AC, it did not turn on. We called front desk and response was to open the windows. Unacceptable. We did not stay even that night. We booked another hotel.

3 star hotel. We checked in late and I’d reserved one room with 2 singles for my brother and I, and a double for my colleague. We got the reverse but the desk was then closed. My colleague did not get a fridge. The rooms were hot and the aircon didn’t work. On enquiry we were told that the hotel did not consider it hot enough to turn it on as it was still June 😳. The last issue was that, for a hotel with 150 rooms, there was a single ironing board to share (which was a bench mounted one). Staff were helpful, location excellent, and rooms were comfortable. Reasonable value for money overall.
