The receptionist was very friendly. The room was clean and big enough for 5 people. It has a great location and there are several restaurants around .

I have been coming back to this property multiple times since 2022 if I remember it correctly simply because of it being convenient to Arc de Triumph, Champ Elysees, Eiffel Tower, since I love walking in Paris and the metro stations are just around the corners. I fell in love my first time in this property because of my favourite now that has the view of Eiffel Tower. I know the staffs on duty as well. Lately, I was not happy with the housekeeping. The glasses used were not washed, the toiletries were not replaced, and I got the chance to meet the cleaning lady, and I instructed her to wash everything and replaced everything. She grabbed the mug, went to the toilet, i don’t know how she cleans it but it was like seconds. I also asked her to replace the towels since I showered 2x and that morning I went to have breakfast first and to my surprise, she told me that I still have towels hanging at the back of the door. So meaning she is not willing to give me the fresh ones?! All she has to do is to hand me those fresh ones and that’s it. She left slamming the door. I don’t know the policy but in all the hotels that I have stayed, there is no questions asked. Glasses, mugs, toiletries , towels etc are all in their cart. I raised this up with the reception, Victor and the older guy and the latter just told me maybe because of the language barrier and he will talk to the housekeeper and continue what he was doing, like WTH?! There is no concern on his part! Cold treatment.

It was okay. The main gentleman who rain the daytime reception desk was fantastic. Other than that the location is good if you want to see the tower every morning or the arc is close also champs Élysée….other than that everything is a 30 minute metro away(the metro is close and safe clean in the Victor Hugo line.

Great location. It's a regular 3 start hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. We really loved the location. You could walk/ take subway everywhere. Many cute restaurants and shops in tj area. Also, very safe.
