Room, staff and view were fantastic! Whoever the bed was very low. It was almost impossible for me to get off of. I’m in a wheelchair. Otherwise the hotel was excellent. I would stay again.

Located very close to central Paris. And there are 2 different train stations that are no more than 5 minutes walking away from The hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The room was small but efficiently set up, perfect for all I needed for my 5 nights in Paris. Gare Du Lyon is 2 minutes away, making it a very convenient location for everything I wanted to do in the city. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in the area and in the hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Not happy with Room layout especially with wash basin in full view of others in room. Bed was oblong so couldn’t sleep together without climbing over each other to get out of bed. iPad slow to boot up so would be easier to operate lights normally especially when getting up in darkness. Expensive high sugar content breakfast.

The lobby smelled of burnt food the whole stay and someone came to my door 3 times even though I purchased late check out the day before. First time I literally opened the door to an unknown man at my door since the doors have no peep hole. 2nd time someone tried to unlock it put I had the latch on so they couldn’t open it. And third time I just let them keep knocking. there’s plenty of other budget hotels that are probably nicer and bigger.

Our room was not cleaned for 2 days despite repeated requests. The layout of the room required one person to climb across the other to get in and out of bed. To look out if the small window you needed to climb across the bed.
