"It was the perfect place for myself and my golden who has been in recovery from surgery. She loved the long walks, the little stream and was intrigued by all of the wildlife. I am looking at dates to go back. It was the most peace I have felt in years. I loved the deck. I sat there for hours painting it just looking at the view. I especially loved being able to count satellites from the living room window! It was truly magical…"

"What a spectacular place! Gateway is the "gateway" to five different canyons. It is such a beautiful setting. And the resort is wonderful. My room was fanastic with lots of space inside, soaking tub separate from shower, and outdoor space with seating and a fire pit that was used every night and every morning. I didn't take advantage of all that's offered or available but the pools are amazing, had a wonderful pedicure, and a superb salt rub and massage. Ask for Brooke! The spa is quite pricey but quality service. The only food options in March are Paradox Grille and room service. Both options came with fabulous service, good variety, and delicious food. I can't wait to come again either by myself, with husband, with family, or with girlfriends. "

"The Pack Creek Farm House was delightful! A quick, easy drive from Moab, the house was a welcome respite after long hours exploring Arches National Park and Fisher Towers Trail over the course of a few days. The star-filled night sky, viewed simply from the front yard, just can't be beat, while the sauna and hot tub were soothing for our very tired muscles. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, and the kitchen well-stocked. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

Everything in the home was functional, and appropriately updated without losing the charm of the setting. "This cabin is located in the middle of a national forest not far from the Colorado border in a remote location. It is surrounded by native vegetation and wildlife. While you are having breakfast, you can often see a family of deer grazing just outside the dining room. On our drive to town, we also came across a family of wild turkeys. There is a profound sense of calm and solitude. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There is a large deck just outside the room we stayed in, and at night we could see the stars. The hosts, Rebecca and Mike are very welcoming and made us feel at home. The guests were also very friendly. It was Thanksgiving holiday, and Rebeca gave us her signature sangria, which was the best I have ever tried, and I know how to make a good sangria. It is a great place to get away from the city, relax, and visit the nearby national parks. I highly recommend it."

"We absolutely loved our stay. The location was far from town—which was the exact kind of experience we wanted. The cabin was cozy and the host graciously provided wood for the fireplace which kept us warm and added to the rustic ambiance. The view from the cabin of the La Sal mountains is epic and gazing out the window each morning was a pleasure. Stargazing at night couldn’t have been better and when the host says to check out the nearby castle valley overlook for the best view in the world he’s not exaggerating. The host was very easy to work with and provided great communication and went the extra mile to make it work for us. He recommended a 4 wheel drive vehicle which makes sense for that area anyway as a prime location for hiking, 4 wheeling and mountain biking. "
