We had a tough flight getting into Phoenix and the hotel manager was so kind and upgraded our room and comped our parking, which immediately lifted our spirits. "I love this place. It just has always been more spacious and chill. My son and I have been staying here since he was a child. Now, he is an adult. He has autism and the resort helps calm him down. He loves the snacks there. I was so pleased the the resort is doing updating. The improvement are major and I highly recommend to any guest who hasn’t been here before."
