La chambre était bien, nous étions ravis (avec un coin cuisine). Le lendemain, la dame ne parlait pas bien anglais, mieux allemand, et nous a redemandé de payer la taxe locale-que nous avions réglée la veille. Elle a fini par en trouver la trace. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly.
