Ocean Reef 1402 is located on the 14th floor at Ocean Reef Condominium in Panama City Beach, FL. and there is a reserved parking space under the building and close to the elevators (no having to walk back and forth across the street)!

This beautiful condo is the perfect place for your beach vacation! Upgrades include wood tile flooring in the bedrooms (no carpet), stainless appliances, kitchen and bar tile backsplash, comfortable furnishings, and a perfectly equipped, extra-large, balcony with room for everyone. Balcony chaise loungers and balcony table for those sunset dinners also included.

From the moment you walk-in, you'll feel like you're at the beach! The colorful accent painted walls and beach decor bring the outside in. You'll have everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation including equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar with 4 barstools, and plush living room with gulf views and access to the outdoor balcony. The living room includes a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom includes king bed and private bath with double vanity as well as a private access door to the balcony. Soak in the views, listen to the waves, or relax and enjoy a movie from the comfort of your bed. The large guest bedroom includes 2 comfortable full beds and private access to the second bathroom.

Come and enjoy this fabulous beach condo. It is perfectly located next to the beach-front Runaway Island Restaurant, new Alvin's Island gift shop, and offers a coffee/donut shop, putt-putt golf, and go-cart track just across the street.

Ocean Reef includes a gulf-front swimming pool, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and grilling area.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
