They are in some renovations but that was made clear at the time I booked and it did not affect our stay at all. She has everything you need from a beach cart, chairs, umbrella to all cooking spices, and any toiletries you may have forgotten. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in early which was wonderful. There was beach stuff, wagon, noodles, cooler available to use which was so helpful. You walk out right onto the beach, and it is easy to get in and out. We love the ocean and never used the pool but the pool area looked great. The cleanliness for me is most important. The clean quality was like home, small things like quality tp and paper towels…and the decor was adorable. Communication with the property owner was impeccable, she communicated quickly and made sure everything was going well for us. We would definitely stay again! ##### Brandi R.
