It is 15 minutes from the Beach and just minutes from Hospitals and in town locations as well as restaurants. It is centrally located just off Highway 98 which is the main street running from Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Tyndall AFB, Callaway, Panama City, Panama City Beach, Destin, Fort Walton Beach and so on. If you are in town working this is an excellent location for you. If you are in town on vacation this is a convenient location for you as well.

Very quite nice neighborhood, the house size was just right. Me & my family will be staying here again..

Not very maintained. A good location just off 98 if you like a lot of vehicle road noise and loud music at all hours of the day and night. The place had roaches and hole in the walls. The toilet was like a rocking chair and the tub filled up when taking a shower. The place was not worth the money we paid. The one positive, the host was very responsive!
