Great house and great location

The house is beautiful and updated. Comes with plenty of beach gear if needed. It is literally across the street from the pool and a nice easy walk to the Big Chill outdoor area.

Great stay

Great stay and great communication with owner. I would suggest getting new beach chairs as the ones at the property were ripped prob from prior use. We couldn’t use them. We enjoyed it very much and thankful for a great time. I would recommend this property to friends.

Great Stay

Overall love the property! Love the layout, decor and accessibility to the pool. Only improvements I could add is a new dryer and additional household items (trash bags, toliet paper and paper towels). It takes awhile to dry items in the dryer. We stayed for 6 days and the products don't last quite that long. Other than that it is was a great stay!

Pool side paradise

Check in was super easy after receiving key code. Perfect for a family mini getaway. Steps away from one of the gorgeous prominence 30A pools. It was nice to receive up dates on exiting procedure and other things during stay. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Only dislike was the stairs make a lot of noise when waking on them and carpet could use a deep clean upstairs. Other than that it really was perfect 5 stars. Would rent this unit again for location.

Wonderful Property & Location

Stayed here for a week over spring break and was very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of the house. It was great to be right by the pool and we didn't hear any "pool noise" which was nice. I was pleasantly suprised to find laminate flooring upstairs instead of carpeting as pictured in the listing photos. We enjoyed the free bikes and beach chairs although I would have liked to see the bike contract provided in advance so that we didn't have to wait several hours for a text back from the property owner to be able to unlock them. Also just wanted to mention that Amazon is unable to deliver to this house. The property manager was kind enough to have a much-needed item delivered to their office and then they dropped it at the house for us which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice location

We enjoyed our visit in Providence. Seas the day was nice but a few things would make it better. There are no beach towels so be prepared to bring your own. It would have been nice to not have precious cargo space for travel filled with towels. Dish soap and dishwasher pods and trash bags are not provided. I would expect if you want to ensure dishes are properly cleaned that these would be made available. I’d suggest maybe 1 POD for each day guest is staying and a small dish soap bottle. The ice maker did not make more than 3 glasses of ice each day. We finally gave up and bought ice. I did report the ice maker issue and she was unaware of any issue and was going to have a repairman look at it. Otherwise we really enjoyed the unit. It is very nice and comfortable. Michelle does communicate well and quickly.

Loved this rental! Great location :-)

This is one of the best located condos in the community. We were steps away from the pool making coming and going for lunch or a break from the sun very convenient without the need for a golf cart. We were also an extremely short walk, just across the street from the big chill which my kids loved! There was plenty of space for my family ( 2 adults and 2 kids) and we could have had several more people or even another small family comfortably. This year spring break was crazy in seaside especially but we were largely unaffected by this in our location and still were able to get to and from the beach when we chose to go. We loved this rental and would stay here again!! If I had one suggestion- it would be to address some small cosmetic upkeep items in order to maintain a high end feel. This is probably difficult with the high number of renters and it didn’t impact our stay but we did notice them and will be happy to provide feedback should the owners reach out.

Loved it!

Overall loved the home. We were right next to the pool and close to the Big Chill (Hub). The house was decorated so nicely but still kid friendly. The beds were great to sleep on. We loved having the bikes. Only complaint is the stairs are a little loud and wake everyone. A little glue should be able to fix those. Then the dryer took a long time to dry the towels. Other than that we loved our stay!

Great spot for a beach vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation. Very close to beach access and when you didn’t want to deal with sand it was next to the pool. Hosts were very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Perfect Property for Family

Our other reservation cancelled last minute and we had to quickly book a spot. I'm not sure how we lucked out to land this property, but so glad we did! The Prominence on 30A neighborhood is the perfect spot for families with kids of any age. We had 5 teens and two under 10 and although it wasn't as close to the beach and square as the older kids would have liked, it was a blessing to be further out from spring break madness. The Hub is within walking distance, the pool was steps from our front door. The area is beautiful, house was spotless, plenty of hot water for a full house. The only things to keep in mind are: the bikes were not all adult size, there is no golf cart, so you might need to drive some, especially to the (very limited) public access beach spots. There were not many bath towels provided, no beach towels, the toys for the beach were not in the best shape, there were limited paper products, no blanket for the fold out couch. Also, the washer and dryer were not great, so bring more to wear and don't depend on speedy cycles or using fabric softener (or bring downy ball, because it is specific to that washer). These were all minor inconveniences and I still give it 5 stars!! There were even cute little key chains, snacks, waters, and bumper stickers for a welcome. Will definitely be coming back every year if we can.
