Amazing Condo and Gorgeous Views!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and the views of the ocean are gorgeous! We were able to see dolphins swimming in the ocean from the patio. It’s a very easy walk to Pier Park (about 8 minutes). The owner is very responsive and quickly took care of anything that we had questions about.

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful View

We had an amazing stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The unit was clean, just what we needed and supplied what was needed to cook an enjoyable Thanksgiving week. The ocean view from the balcony melted the stress and created an awesome back drop to wonderful Thanksgiving dinner experience for which we are grateful.

A wonderful beach condo

We loved our week at Aqua-2102. It is a beautiful condo and perfectly located. It’s close enough to walk to great restaurants and wonderful shopping but far enough away from the craziness of Spring Break. We absolutely loved being on the 21st floor. While sitting out on the balcony we had a perfect view of the fighter jets flying by while training and on the last day we saw a BALD EAGLE fly by about 20 ft in front of the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

Family getaway to the beach

Condo was in perfect shape. Lots of space for the family and the views were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet - could not here neighbors. Would recommend others not to forget the binoculars to dolphin watch at night on the balcony. Would recommend this condo without reservation.

Awesome!!

Just returned home yesterday from one of the most amazing beach vacations ever. Our condo was beautiful, it had everything we needed to prepare great meals, the two masters as well as the bunk room was very spacious. We are already planning our next vacation with Mitch Warren because everything was easy-breezy, right down to the check-in and check-out.

Property was exactly as described, everything was clean, rooms are perfect. Kitchen is great full of all the tools and gadgets I need , since we decided to cook at the home during our stay. Location was perfect, close to many places. Beach was perfect and the balcony view was magnificent. I have booked four days and the property and the whole stay really deserve the price . Amazing Condo!!!!

In our many stays in Panama City Beach, this by far was the best!!!! This Condo is amazing!!! The view is EVERYTHING!!! My entire family was so comfortable here. The unit is very clean. They have everything that you would need inside and the quality of it all was unbelievable. I was very impressed with the dishes, silverware, etc. The decor was also beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again. The pools were great and being right on the beach is so convenient especially with a toddler. This is my new favorite place to stay.

Amazing stay!

This is such a beautifully decorated condo. It’s very spacious and we never felt stacked on top of each other. We had 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. It does in fact have a fully stocked kitchen. We cooked a good bit of our meals at the condo and didn’t have an issue. It does have a Keurig. We brought ours after reading the drip coffee comment but we didn’t need it. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all 7 of us. The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to a lot of places. We definitely got lots of use on the balcony and the firework show on the 4th was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place.

Incredible place to spend a week. The floor plan is spacious and well laid out. The view from the 21st floor is just amazing. Fast elevators, great staff at Aqua. Easy walk to some good restaurants. The four large smart TVs were a nice feature. Was awesome to have two sets of beach chairs (4 total) included for the week. We happened to meet the owner on the first day as he was finishing up some quick AC upgrades. Couldn’t have been kinder...even dropped off a bottle of wine for us to thank us for staying. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Very Nice Space

Property is very nice everything is as pictured. Located close to Pier Park was a plus for shopping and dining. Only problem we encountered was that the access information provided for parking and to access the condo was inaccurate therefore we could not get in. This was frustrating since we got in late at night after a long drive and couldn't get it. The hot tub was great since it was pretty cold. My son enjoyed the indoor pool.

Wonderful unit beautiful furnishing. Cannot beat the location. I would have given it a 5 star but the house keeping company did not clean very well. Trash under bed , soiled linens in 3rd bedroom and toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned. The management responded very quickly to resolve concerns but I had already begun cleaning, , yuk
