Welcome to the amazing emerald waters and perfect white sand of the Emerald Coast! Our condo is small group friendly, spacious, comfy, has INCREDIBLE views, a private balcony & private beach access to the powdery white sand and emerald waters of Panama City Beach, FL. Get your vacation off to a hassle free start at Southern Lights PCB! Park in our parking ramp & go directly to your condo, no waiting at a desk to get your vacation under way! You'll love all of the amenities that Laketown Wharf Resort has to offer; beach access, stunning gulf views, 5 unique pools, 2 hot large hot tubs, a fully equipped fitness center, on site dining options, ample parking...and sooo much more! Renter must be at least 21 to book. There is a separate $97 + tax, resort fee per booking that covers up to 8 guests & 2 vehicles for your entire stay, payable directly to our HOA.

What an amazing olace with 3 bedrooms and everything setup perfectly. There isnt anything you would miss staying here and our best part was even the master bedroom has an amazing view along with living room

The room was nice and clean with everything you would need. The Walmart right across the street was a plus also if we needed anything.The view of the ocean was as good as it gets to not be right on the beach and communication with condo owner was great. We would definitely again.

We loved our condo. It was very clean and comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The view was beautiful and the host was very helpful. The check-in person downstairs was very rude but other staff was friendly.

Annual Birthday Trip

My daughter’s birthdays are only a week (and 11 years) apart so we usually do a beginning of the summer vacation to celebrate. This was one of our best trips yet. The condo was everything we could ask for besides being so far from the pools and parking lot. Also the day of check out only one elevator was working and the elevators are small. So the overall property had a few quirks but the stay was fabulous, plenty of food within walking distance and Walmart right across the street.

June vacay

We overall had a great experience and vacation here. My girls enjoyed every minute. Room was as expected, clean and had everything we needed. Mike was very easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed as well. Our only complaint is nothing he could handle… the elevators on the weekend take forever but can usually hold a lot of people and move fast once you are on with fans blowing. We would recommend this rental to others for sure!

Fun Spring Break!

We had such an amazing time! The property was clean and spacious. We loved the views off the balcony and it had lots of seating so we could all enjoy early morning breakfast and coffee together! The property has multiple pools and hot tubs and we utilized them all. The beach is right across the street and we had easy private access which was amazing. We also made use of the wagon and beach chairs every time we went which was a great added bonus amenity. If we had any questions/concerns, it was easy to message Michael and get a response back almost immediately! Overall awesome stay and we will be back!

Southern Lights Delight!

This condo was very clean. They supplied hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and trash bags. The beds are nice, comfy, and clean. Furniture is comfy and clean. The owner, (Mike) reached out before checking in, and made it very easy to contact him if needed. This is a top notch condo and a top notch owner. We will definitely stay here again.
