SHORES OF PANAMA- 3RD FLOOR! Perfect for a couple plus two kids in the bunkroom.

NOTE: The minimum rental age is 25. This is a fabulous resort, and this unit is in the perfect location within the property! Your 25-foot balcony overhangs the largest pool in NW Florida, with the white sandy beach in the background. Kids love the separate bunk room with an attached bathroom. This unit stays booked solidly, so if you see an opening, you will want to grab it!

June and July require 7-night stays with Saturday check-ins and check-outs.

In-unit washer and dryer as well!


Check-in time is 4 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. IT WILL ACCOMMODATE 2 ADULTS IN THE PRIMARY WITH 2 KIDS IN THE BUNK ROOM. You will be asked to text the owner a picture of your driver's license one week before arrival to receive a convenient door access code on your smartphone.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice and updated, and the best part was the view. It was even better than the pictures. The owner had amazing communication, and the condo was stocked with everything you could think of including beach supplies. We will definitely be back!

The best views and great room!

We loved our stay at Shores of Panama in Ricks room! From the moment we arrived and had a reserved parking spot on the same floor as our room- it was all such an “easy” trip! The elevators were not bad at all, but we took the stairs quite often since we were only on the 3rd floor! Rick provided beach towels and beach toys so that saved us extra things we didn’t have to pack! The room was clean and gorgeous and had the best views of the pool and ocean in the background! Rick was great at communicating with us and we will definitely be back!

Great time at the beach

Everything was great at this property. We only had one small hiccup with the wristbands and parking pass not being set out at check in, but Rick corrected that quickly. This condo had the perfect balcony height to see the beach and the pools and, more importantly, had on level parking which was very convenient. Our family had a great time.

Great location

Great condo on the 3rd floor with very convenient parking spot. Perfect since we didn’t have to wait for the elevators. Amazing pool, beautiful beach. We had a great time and will be back!

Wonderful property! The property was exactly as described, clean and beautifully maintained/decorated. The host was very helpful and communicative during our stay. The unit is just as described and more. Pictures were spot on. The unit is beautiful! Very well situated at the resort— near parking, pool and beach. Rick was amazing to work with and was an excellent communicator. We would highly recommend and would love to come again for future vacations.

Great location

This rental did not disappoint. Easy access to the condo with the reserved parking. Pool and beach access were easy. Good location for surrounding restaurants and fun... Rick is a fantastic host that is quick and reliable for questions. Definitely going to be my 1st stop for a beach rental.

Fun Stay!

We ended up going the week of Spring break with our 3 kids ages 11-16. It was a little busy because of the time of year, but everyone was very friendly- even the college age kids! It ended up being a super fun vacation. Rick was very helpful and communicative. The view from our balcony was honestly my favorite part.

Wonderful Place & Owner

The place is beautiful, clean and feels spacious. The check in process was great because the owner made sure all we needed was there on the counter as we opened the front door and saw the beach. This place has a reserved parking spot on the same floor as the condo which made it easy to leave, get out to eat, drive to the pier and go sight seeing. The condo has big white tile for the floors which feels great on your feet after being outside in the sun. The patio door is easy to open and there is seating looking over the resort like pool. It’s easy to drive to all the popular eatting places and we loved being able to come back to the airy and bright condo.

Great View

The condo itself wasn't the as clean as I would like but the breathtaking view helped make up for it. Kitchen cabinets were very messy as was the storage closet in the bunk room. The parking garage and parking spot is extremely tight. Bring a smaller vehicle if you are able.

Fall break trip

Rick was a great host. He communicated well and everything was as expected. We have three children ages three, five, and seven And the property was perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The parking garage was super convenient and made unloading luggage very easy. The master bedroom does not have a smart TV, but we bright a fire stick with us. The living room is a smart TV. The unit was freshly cleaned when we walked in and you could tell with the smell the cleaning lady Did a good job. The tile floors made our feet dirty the first couple of days, but those are hard to keep clean. These are not complaints, just something to be aware of with small children. Where the unit is so large, the beach was a little crowded on nicer days. And the pool was not heated. Our kiddos didn’t mind, but there was a cold front and a heated pool would’ve been nice. Definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

We love Shores of Panama because of the pool for the kiddos. We stayed prior but we were on the 21st floor which was miserable to hike (elevators never worked or were extremely backed up and slow). This particular condo was on the 3rd floor-TOTALLY DOABLE! We didn't use the elevator a single time. The owner is super nice and very responsive. The property was acceptably clean. The pull out sofa was not in working order but we made due. He did provide an air mattress but we had brought our own. The unit was decorated tastefully. There were some things I believe maintenance wise could be addressed but we were comfortable overall and enjoyed our trip. My only complaint would be that there is no pantry, nor is there a single empty cabinet to put food. The kitchen is small and all our food covered the counters and it made it difficult to actually prepare any kind of meal. As a larger family-cooking while on vacation is a must to save money-especially with picky eaters, it just makes sense. We are looking forward to another trip again next year and will definitely keep this unit in mind.

Amazing first trip to Florida.

This place is just as the pictures describes. Very clean well stocked. We brought toys, beach towels but wasn't even necessary. Rick is very nice and we really enjoyed working with him to get this room. We Highly recommend this room, our family of 5, two adults three kids ages 12,6 and 1 really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Rick for helping make this vacation amazing.

Great Stay in PCB

Rick's condo was perfect for our family of four. Our kids loved the pool and the beach. The reserved parking on the same floor as the condo was awesome and only a short walk to the condo. The parking spots are a little bit smaller than what most of us are used to but our Honda Pilot fit into the spot easily. Since the condo is on the 3rd floor we could take the stairs instead of waiting in the long elevator lines. I was slightly worried about noise from the pool being an issue but the condo has excellent noise dampening. We had a great vacation and recommend Rick's condo to anyone with a young family traveling to Panama City Beach.
