No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

Air conditioner only worked 3 of the 7 days

I would never book here again. The A/C only worked 3 of our 7 days. They kept telling us to do a reset (which never worked) and sent an A/C company out twice. As a property owner I would have made sure the company fixed the A/C correctly the 1st time. It’s miserable to come in from the pool/beach to a HOT room. We had to leave a night early because we could stand it anymore. There was no refund…only a message to say we will send the A/C company again…

Only large space

I’m f you are looking for space, it’s good. The furnitures are mix matched and old. The sofa bed mattress have blood stains. Showerhead in master have mold around it. Light cover in ceiling cracked and kitchen light bulb not working. We asked the man to come fix it, instead, they came by the next day doing some a/c maintenance. No one addressed or respond about the light. The kitchen is sorely lacking. Burnt trays, nothing matched. Cracked/scratched bowls and mugs.

Excellent expierence from the time we booked the stay til we left! Communication is amazing! Condo was very clean and cozy! The views from the Balcony were wtunning as we could watch dolphins in the mornings. Close walk to pier park restraunts and shopping. Would defenitly stay again!

Satisfactory Stay

We had a great week in this unit. The area was perfect. This condo unit is definitely ready for some upgrades and a fresh paint job. The couch was very worn and not comfortable to sit on. The floor and rug were very dirty. The outside patio furniture needs to be replaced. All chairs were broken except one. The kitchen utensils and cookware need to be replaced. We would love to come back, but hope attention to these details get taken care of before returning.

Good family vacation regardless of hurricane

We had a great time at your condo.. the bedrooms were perfect for adults.. only problem was not enough room in living area to watch tv… Suggestions only.. I would love to see a lounger or something to relax and read on balcony. Need new pans for frying… and would be nice to have Rubbermaid containers to put leftovers in. Keurig vs. big coffee maker Would be nice.

Very old furnitures and dirty beds.

I have been traveling for 10 years but this is my first time socked because the owner never change the bed and pillow covers, sofa is too dirty never been washed, towels are older than my ages. I don't know why the owner don't want to change them to make customers feel safe when they stay. We didn't sit on the sofa, and we used our towels to cover the bed to sleep.

Enjoyed condo. Was kinda disappointed only one bedroom was ocean view but Enjoyed balcony. Make sure to use placemats on kitchen table or everything sticks to the table. Always love staying at aqua condo

Not what I expected the condo to look like based on pictures of condo on website, uncleanliness

Condo was not what I expected for it to be for the amount of Money we paid. Pictures of furniture on website was not same furniture in actual condo. Bed sizes different from what the description said and we didn’t realize that until we had already gotten in the condo and stuff put away. I do not plan on staying at this facility or condo again. Thank you.

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed the overall stay. We did book last minute so it may of had something to do with the overall cleanliness and other things. Furniture was wore down in living room and the TV did not work. Only 2 of the TVs actually had cable. Overall upkeep was poor, rusted racks in bathroom, the second bedroom with a full bathroom, had leaking water and mold we had to clean up when arriving. None of the decor was set up, it was either in the closets or pushed under the entrainment center. A lot of dust and dirty baseboards. Main bathroom had water damage around toilet and had rotting wood. The WiFi did not work. All of the gate access codes to get in and out of the pool Nd beach did not work. The refrigerator was still dirty. There was nothing that ruined our trip by any means but expected a little more from such a nice resort. We did visit during the off season on Christmas so again this may of had something To do with everything.

Overall a great stay

The host provided check in information with plenty of time. (I’ve had this issue before with others so it has been a concern of mine since.) The location was great and the condo was fantastic. The only downfalls I could say are that I would have loved a mop to clean throughout the week myself, there were not many rags for bathing especially with the amount of people, and the dryer took FOREVER to dry anything. We did end up looking and fixing the dryer ourself (needed a good deep clean in the hoses) and it began to dry everything on the first cycle instead of taking five cycles to dry. I would definitely recommend and will consider coming back in the future.

1st time stay at Aqua. Love the location. The room was nice, not alot of seating for big familys, dryer doesnt work, wifi didnt work and there was a smell that we reported several times and nothing was ever done about it. If we ever stay at the aqua again it will not be this room.

Less Than Pleasant

The condo was not well kept. Mattresses were old and not comfortable. Rugs and floors were dirty (hair all over the rugs that belonged to previous guests ) and very dated. While I don't mind bringing my own toilet paper, the price per night with the fees charged, could have gotten me a room at a five star hotel. I would not recommend this management company or property. Very expensive for such poor quality.

The view and condo are incredible and the communication to the host was great. However the beds are not that comfortable especially the sofa bed it’s completely unsleepable, it wasn’t a big deal for us tho they just had to bunk in a different room. The dryer does not dry very well it takes several cycles so hours and hours to dry something. And the last thing is the floors are super dirty and the condo does not offer a mop. But overall we would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Worst condo at Aqua

PCBeaches are beautiful and our favorite. We have been staying at Aqua for the last 10 years and thus room is by far the worst experience thus far. This would be my last choice for a condo. First night we found blood on our sheets (I have pics) and I was told to launder them myself via messaging through VRBO, no one available to speak to over the phone. 24 hours later cleaning staff brought sheets. Showers had terrible mold in them. Needs more kitchen equipment, dishes, bakeware, etc. Huge bugs inside condo. Very few towels available, no dishcloths available. The condo needs a much better company to clean for them. Communication needs to be better between renter and owner. If I could give a 0 I absolutely would, would never recommend booking through Escala Vacation Rentals.

The room itself was amazing as was the view of the beach ❤️ The beds were a little to hard for me and the dryer didnt want to dry on the first cycle. The elevator wait on check out was awful, we waited 30 minutes just to go down which I'm sure its because it was peak season. I loved being just steps away from the beach. All and all we had a great time, thank you for allowing us to stay❤️

Rooms still had sand, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, kitchen sink smelled really awful, balcony door didn’t lock in master, air didn’t work properly and it was humid inside on and dryer didn’t dry clothes (takes like 6 times) for clothes to get dry.
