The condo has lots of amenities that make your stay more pleasant. Trip down to the beach is very easy. There are stairs and a ramp for anyone who needs it. There was so much space and comfy beds. The view was amazing and super close to Pier Park. We were able to walk everywhere. The elevators were super fast. The security guards were great. The ceiling fan in the back room to the left needs to be fixed you have to wiggle the switch to get it to work. The staff at the building is horrible no one is friendly. I had one of them tell me to move my wagon so they could get in the elevator that was complete packed with people. One was extremely rude to my niece. Elevators are horrible you have to wait long periods of time to even get on one. My Husband tried to eat breakfast at the restaurant on site and got up and left due to them being rude. Had to run through 2 full dryer cycles to get them dry.
