Gracious and elegant old-style hotel. full of modern amenities, bars, restaurants, etc. walking distance to numerous boutique shops, bars, cafes, restaurants. Wonderful oasis and break from the hurly burly of modern Panama City.

The most romantic hotel I have ever been to. I felt like I stayed at an Italian villa. My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, the gardens were beautiful and the restaurant was top notch. There is not a lot to do on the island And not a lot of shops to buy necessities so make sure that you bring everything you need with you. If you need a break to get away from it all this is your place.

Open only one restaurant. Friday restaurant was open but another restaurant was closed.

I just had to stay there for one night to travel the next morning to Bocas Del Toro. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The upper floor was under construction but I did not hear a thing. TV was first not working but within no time an employee showed up, took the remote, came back with different remote and it worked well. Breakfast next morning is dangerous because it is sooo good. Parking was on street in front of hotel, there was an attendant that watched the area. Rooms were small but ok. The elevator was broken when we were there. For the price it was ok. Staf was good.

I first went there in 2012 when the hotel was almost new and it's was just amazing. I came back 3 years after and it had shown a lack of maintenance and I mentioned it in my evaluation, but I still loved the place. So this year was my third time and they have really put some resources in improving the overall comfort of the place. Incredibly friendly staff.

We arrived after dark, the place had no lights on, the neighbourhood was dark, and the young girl at the desk didn’t speak English. Took us to an unsatisfactory room, just a box spring, but moved us to a decent room. Only staying for 1nite. But in the morning, the grounds and the B&B were quite nice and the neighbourhood is the marine university with lost of security. So all was good

Nice hotel. The restaurants have good food. We paid to have access to the club room, it was convenient and it offered a variety of food and drinks. I would recommend letting the front desk know if you plan to leave the hotel for the day to ensure your room gets cleaned.

Property was grt..but expedia cancelled my reservation & we were lucky tht the hotel was able to accommodate us

Nice small hotel well situated in Old Panama City where it is quite a short walk everywhere. Angel was excellent to all our needs. Restaurant on site. Fourth Floor outdoor area is small and not a big deal - I would go back !
