There was a coffee pot for pre morning coffee. The free breakfast buffet was amazing and the restaurant was good. There is NO airport shuttle to or from the hotel. You must pay for this separately. Uber is an excellent option as a taxi can add up depending on traffic and it is a good 15 minute drive into the city to get to the hotel from the airport. Make sure you put the correct address in as there are more than one Ramada in the area. It was worth the drive. We will stay here again. If you don’t speak Spanish then Google Translate works well!" I arrived at Panama City from Ecuador at 8:30pm, but NO Shuttle was available as they advertised on Expedia, and even worse, there was no one to answer the phone at all. I emailed, texted, and called the hotel right after I received the book confirmation from Expedia and the day BEFORE my arrival because it was my first time to visit Panama. The property NEVER responded, so I had to call Expedia at the airport after my arrival. Long story short, Expedia could NOT reach them, either, and told me to take Taxi to get to the hotel almost midnight. I did not know whether there was anyone to check in at that time, so I had to request to cancel the booking and get refund. I am very disappointed with Expedia's listing recently because I had a few unpleasant experiences with bookings on Expedia. I wish Expedia had a system to validate the listings and knew the properties' advertisement is honest."
