Quiet and clean

We stayed at Hotel Strata from July 18 to July 20 for a family visit, and our experience exceeded every expectation. This boutique hotel is a true hidden gem in Mountain View — combining luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality in a way that’s rare to find. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine kindness by the staff, who made sure every part of our stay was personalized and seamless. The rooms were spotless, quiet, and beautifully designed with modern touches and thoughtful...

We’re traveling with a 4 yr old, cleanliness is the most important aspect for our stay and Four Seasons has done a top notch job to make sure we feel very comfortable, day-in and day-out, whether it’s inside our room or within the hotel premise. All staff are so friendly and courteous. This is by far the best overall hotel we’re stayed in the US.

We had a room facing the inner courtyard which was very nice and quiet. We were part of a wedding party and the hotel provided adjacent rooms for our family and the same for our in law’s family. This made it easy for everyone to attend different events like rehearsals and photo taking. The wedding venue on the second floor was excellent with enough space for about 90 people. The hotel staff provided a lot of support in addition to our own arrangements. The hotel is on a quiet street off the...

This is one of the best hotel we have ever stayed . Nice scent inside the hotel and rooms are spacious and clean . Staff are very friendly. We loved here so much !! 10 mins walk to Google , 4 mins walk to Starbucks . Parking is so easy . We’d definitely stay here again !!!!plus there was baby grant piano and my daughter enjoyed playing it for few days .

Good experience

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel while on business in Menlo Park. Love the high ceilings and the absence of carpet in the room. And the on-site restaurant is a very good spot to grab dinner in the evening (the whole breakfast operation, however, could be professionalized...)

Great staffs

Fantastic hotel, will come back soon!

Staff was very helpful. The room was nice, clean. The outdoor hot tubs were great. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was quite good. Note that parking and breakfast were not free, and there was no free coffee - that was the only negative.

Accomodating staff right from the valet through check-in. Up to date conveniences including a very good valet app. Well thought out design and rooms.

The room is clean and spacious, staff are friendly
