HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Our stay was extremely comfortable and staff are exceptional! We especially liked the proximity to the beach (half block), the heated pool, our spacious room, and all the self-serve items available, such as pool side toys, games, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, buckets and shovels for the kids, wagons, and any necessities for our room such as extra towels or even dish soap! These items were all a wonderful addition that made our stay extra stress-free and super fun!...

Absolutely INCREDIBLE stay! I was travelling around the Tampa Bay Area for three weeks and stayed in about 8 locations and this blew them all away! The staff is SO lovely, the atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are stunning and literally equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need! This little gem is exactly as it was in its heyday - a sweet little motel nestled between the newer developments - situated right on the beach. The staff are extremely friendly - the rooms are clean - the linens and towels are very clean. We had 5 star service at this 2 star hotel. Don’t expect new and shiny - these charm of this little place with its courtyard pool and beachfront location, is it’s retro vibe.

We were in Sarasota for a soccer tournament at IMG Academy. The Lido Islander Inn is within walking distance of St. Amand Circle and the beach. We had a fantastic stay. I would recommend staying at the Lido Islander Inn to anyone, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great mini vacation. I would definitely rent this hotel again.
