The views and the breeze on the dock and by the river were very pleasant. The owners were super friendly and helpful. The sunsets were lovely. We enjoyed hiking at Emerson Point Preserve just down the street. And the beach at Anna Maria Island, a 30 minute drive, was beautiful. RV is nicely furnished and well maintained. I stayed with my Two Giant Schnauzers and Mini Schnauzer and had a fantastic time! Owners are on site and cater to any need that may arise. Great access to their private beach, private Tiki bar, huge yard. Very dog friendly! However, please don't mess it up for us that love this place by bringing a destructive, bad behaved dog(s) or human! The owners are GREAT hosts and made me feel right at home. It was nice and allowed us to bring our Black Lab dog. The trailer could of used a good power washing on the outside but the inside was clean and accommodating for our 1 week stay.
