« When I checked in the teller was outside the front door, feeding five feral cats, milk and cereal blocking the door. She was annoyed. I was there wouldn’t even consider a late checkout was unkempt. The hotel was a mess. I tried getting a room at a different hotel, but the whole area was booked and had to suffer through it. The workout room was out of order. The pool was locked. There was garbage and trash and feral cats all over the property. It was horrible. »

« The room was nasty, had mold had to leave to go to er for a reaction to the mold due to allergic to mold. Was there for only an hour and half before I had to leave. It was over 100 heat index and the air in the room was not even on probably why the room was musky smelling and mold growing in room. The furniture had holes all it. Would not recommend at all. Room cost over $80.00 Tryimg to get a refund. »

« We really enjoyed this property. it was very well maintained and the staff was great. Housekeeping was very thorough and made sure our room was spotless. I very seldom give an excellent rating for anything but I must say that I was impressed. most of the 2 star motels are rundown and look very old on the inside and out, but I must say that the staff as well as housekeeping were a pleasure to interact with. I almost never give tips to the housekeeping of any motel but I had to leave them a tip...

« Pecan Cottages was super cute, clean and comfortable. We had the Davey Crockett cottage for our 2 night stay while we were visiting some family we have seen for over 30 years! It was a perfect choice over a standard hotel room. Quaint and cute, the decor was well thought out and strategic. It was an old school cabin for sure but had wifi, mini frig, Keurig and TV, everything ya needed was there! Bed was comfortable and we slept pretty good!
