Great cosy stay in Palma. Place was clean, has airco, has own (secured) parking place that you can access anytime (big win in Mallorca) and is recently renovated. Stayed here with my wife and baby, perfect location if you want to visit Palma and need to be close to the airport. Would recommend!

Would stay there again!

The apartment was lovely with all the amenities we needed, and more! The facilities were very modern and comfortable. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, and only a text away if we ever had a question. The apartment was a good 30 min walk away from the main area of Palma and (in the other direction) the city beach, but for the price, the walk was no big deal! Though you would want to mind yourself or not walk alone if coming home late. The parking option was excellent, especially since you really should rent a car at least for a few days to see the rest of Mallorca -- it was 100% convenient -- and we rented from the place the owner recommended and had an excellent experience with that as well. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, and would be happy to stay there again myself! Thanks so much to the lovely owners!

The experience was awful for the following reason:1. they have cameras to control you somewhere and it is clear as they were able to see that a friend of mine came to just drop the bag over and they accused me to make him stay over which was not true. This is first of all NOT LEGAL it's also very scary2. They have a very rough way of communicating and instead of asking and being polite they just shout sentences at you without kindness3. The house was dirty, very humid, very dark and very. noisy. Staying for a day is fine, for a week is a nighmare. 4. They control the laundry so you only have some time to do it.5. They expected us to clean the apartment, we left it in pretty good conditions but of course we did not clean it to be ready for the next guests (there is a cleaning fee....)

Debe ser un antiguo local comercial adaptado en alojamiento turístico. La habitación con la puerta que da a una cochera, con el ruido de coches y motos entrando y saliendo por la noche. No hay ventanas y muy poca ventilación. El apartamento está puesto más o menos bonito pero estaba bastante sucio, varias bombillas(ojos de buey) que no funcionaban bien y estaban dando flashazos todo el rato, super molesto. En general no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Cómodo para una estancia corta.

Muy cómodo por poder aparcar junto al mismo apartamento, al ser una planta baja carece de vistas pero el alojamiento está bien. Por la noche, del garaje, llegan algunos ruidos sin llegar a molestar excesivamente.

Wohnung anders als dargestellt

Wir haben insgesamt 3 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie weicht leider komplett von den Fotos im Online Inserat ab. Es gab weder zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten, noch Fenster wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Ergeschoss und grenzt auf der einen Seite direkt an eine Tiefgarage. Auf der anderen Seite direkt an die Straße, was leider beides recht laut ist. Besonders laut ist es, wenn das Tiefagaragentor öffnet und schließt. Gut ist, dass zu der Wohnung ein Parkplatz gehört, da es auf der Straße keine freien Plätze gibt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut (man braucht zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten ins Zentrum). Check In und Check out hat flexibel geklärt.gelaufen). D mibzgl.
