Searching for the Sun
This was a great property and it had everything you could ask for, close to downtown a pool and hot tub. Our cottage was great and was well stocked and very comfortable. The next time we come to Palm Springs this property will be our first choice.

Gorgeous desert retreat
We loved our stay in this beautiful, well appointed space. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the pool was heaven. We especially loved the birds who make their home in the courtyard's foliage. The location is central and easy, and we were lucky to have lovely neighbors in the other units. What a treat!

The ground unit was in a small enclave of three other units with the pool in the center, very private and secure. An open patio facing the pool with additional private patio off the spacious main bedroom and off the modern kitchen. Both bedrooms were spacious with each having an en-suite bathroom. Minor issues; The secondary bedroom shower had slow water drainage, the patio off the kitchen had a water soaked outdoor rug and needed some cleaning, and entry to gate and doors wasn’t clear so we contacted the owner who called us back immediately. If it wasn’t so hot, the walk to both main streets would not have bothered us at all. Overall, we really like the home and would stay there again.

Nice for Short Stay
Property was clean beds were comfortable. Good cookware and dishes. I didn't see any indication that the pool was shared with other guests when i booked. There are 3 separate units labeled A,B,C that all share the same common (fenced in area). If your goal was to see no-one but friends and family at your vacation rental you will be disappointed. Ultimately the other folks were nice enough so it wasn't a problem for us (your mileage may vary). Finally check in was stated at 4pm (a bit late) and check out was 10am (early). I feel like this is something that should be stated up-front (especially when deviating significantly from established industry norms) and not after you rent the place. This is more a Vrbo problem and not this renter (it was our first experience w/ them). Also struck me as strange to charge a significant sum of money for cleaning and then demand you take out the trash & wash dishes. "Welcome" message was also much less then friendly and was laden with threats about losing your money should you have guests over. Overall our experience was not bad but at this price point you can defiantly do better. Best thing about it as the "host" is clearly aware is the location. Centrally located to alot of attractions so we rented e-bikes and zoomed around town.

I just wanted take a moment to touch on some of these points this traveler had concerns with so other potential travelers can have an informed decision before booking with us. Yes the pool is shared and the 4th sentence on our description of the property states that the pool is shared. It is also stated clearly our check in and check out times. We are aware these times are not industry standards but we require a little more time to clean than a hotel would need as we offer a private yard, spa and bbq for each of our units. This does take us a little more cleaning time. Yes we do ask that you take out the trash and load the dishes in the dishwasher for only one reason. Palm Springs can get easily over a 100 degrees which can cause a fairly bad oder quickly. Yes it is true our guest policy is very firm. The property has just enough amenities for the 3 units especially in the pool area. If there are visitors we can't make sure our paying guest get a lounge chair or pool float and the comfort and serenity they paid for. The entire property is available for anyone who would want to be just with their family and friends. Great location for a girls weekend!
We stayed for the weekend for a wedding in town. The location was perfect. The pool was glorious! The unit was clean and the kitchen space had everything you needed to cook meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and came with lots of pillows. If ever we are back in Palm Springs we would love to book here again.

Adorable Palm Springs Hideaway
Place was a true time capsule, in the best possible way. Perfect for two friends and could work well for two couples as well. The shared pool was kept at an absolutely perfect temperature and was sparkling clean. Plenty of privacy with back patio and hot tub. Location was walking distance to an amazing hike to a waterfall!!

The minute we walked into the property we were thrilled. The pool area was so inviting and private. Our unit was very clean and ready for us upon early check in. Sweet Spot in Great Location

Peaceful Sanctuary
This mid-century retro elegant property was magical. We needed a rental that would live up to the stated description on VRBO, and it lived up to our expectations. It was the perfect escape to relax and enjoy the amenities, even during several days of heavy rain. We plan on returning to this rental to take advantage of sitting outside on the private patio, using the grill, and soaking in the hot tub. This property is a gem.

My brother and sister-in-law stayed with me at this well located property for a week. We had a very adequate well equipped kitchen, and a quiet experience. We were struck by the closeness of the mountain range and hiking of them just two blocks away. In warmer weather, the pool and jacuzzi would have been appreciated, though both are heated.

Stayed here for four nights over Thanksgiving. Place is great! Clean, modern, chic, and has everything you need for an awesome stay. Hosts are very responsive. We had an issue with a leaky iron and they dropped a new one off within an hour. The pictures in the listing are exactly as you will find them in real life.

This stay was perfect!
I loved everything about our desert bungalow. The design of the property is so well done to maximize the space inside and the outside patio offered total privacy. The pool was such a welcome treat and we had the whole area to ourselves. The beautiful mid century style is very tasteful. My Norwegian family members were so impressed over-all and i was as well. Another plus is the property is a walk away from one of my favorite restaurants, Miro. I highly recommend and would gladly stay there again.

Mid-Century Modern Gem on the Edge of Downtown Palm Springs
The owner has created an oasis less than a 5 minute drive from the center of downtown Palm Springs. The lush vegetation throughout the property makes you feel you're at a private resort and the mid-century touches including lava lamps and old neon sigs give this place a unique character hard to find anywhere else. The interior is comfortable, well decorated and welcoming. You have everything you need to enjoy a great weekend or even a whole week. For any future trips to Palm Springs, this is where I'm staying!

It looked amazing in the pictures. Fun pool with neon signs, spacious room and a private yard. Would it live up to our expectations? Very much YES. Everything was as nice as the pictures. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, the room filled with fun 60's items and the hot tub private and relaxing. We did have the pool to ourselves as our neighbors never came out and we were very spoiled to have basically a private pool. We would come back again in a heartbeat and say congratulations to our host on creating such an awesome and fun property!!!!

Paradise in Palm Springs
Loved, loved, loved this property! Perfect size for 2 couples. King size beds and en-suite baths. The decor takes you back in time. The pool is very relaxing and I loved the cocktail hour music that softly played in the background. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare a meal at home one evening. Great Palm Springs Location and Vibe
Celebrating birthdays at this wonderfully appointed two bedroom, two bath cottage with great amenities. Unfortunately due to the unusual weather we were unable to enjoy the heated pool or hot tub. This is part of three connected cottages (2 two bedroom and 1 one bedroom cottage). The cottage was equipped with absolutely everything you would need kitchen wise and lots of vintage touches. Loved the lava lamps. Will hopefully be able to visit again and enjoy the outdoor ambiance of this great VRBO.
