Great location, reasonable priced, clean facilities all around, hot breakfast with good selections. Did not like that rooms do not have microwaves but one available in the lobby. Very good comfortable stay. Looking forward to a revisit anytime.

Excellent! Clean room. Nice breakfast!

Had a very pleasant stay , staff was very helpful, even the manager was very nice , Thanks

The rooms were clean everything in side the hotel was spotless, breakfast was ready and plenty of food for everyone, from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping everyone on the team was amazing. Loved the outdoor pool and bar. We will tell everyone about this place.

Amazing helpful staff that does that little extra

Breakfast was good. Staff excellent but needs flooring fixed in rooms.

I would describe this hotel as a classic older Florida beachfront property. The building itself feels a little dated, but it is well maintained and in good overall condition. It has that traditional oceanfront Florida charm rather than a modern luxury vibe. We stayed in two adjoining rooms for our family of six with small children, and the setup worked very well for us. Having the connecting rooms made a big difference in comfort and flexibility. There was enough space for everyone to spread...

Very nice and ideally located hotel

good

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. We had arrived several hours before the 4pm check in time due to a very early flight. The front desk person very kindly upgraded us to an available room so we were not stranded with our luggage for the bulk of the day. The staff also gave us a print out of nearby restaurants The room was great. The grounds were nice with an outdoor patio area and pool As we were boarding a cruise the next day we were very pleasantly surprised to find the...

Great hotel for our overnight before a cruise. We did not use many amenities, but the electric car plug in was great, easy to use and free. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was adequate. We have 2 vegans & a vegetarian in our party and we were able to eat.

We spent 3 days at this new property - directly across from the beach, and we were really impressed with the level of care the staff adds. Front the front desk staff to housekeeping - they all went the extra mile. And we have to mention Dee, she made sure we had everything we needed, particularly for our 6 year old! We can't wait to be back on our annual visits to Melbourne beach :) thank you for your incredible hospitality!

Great little spot right on the beach. Staff was amazing, showed us around the property while checking in and accompanied us to our room to go over ac etc. Definitely would stay here again

Very happy with the property and location

Right on beach great amenities cooking facilities beach toys

The genuine friendliness of all the staff really impressed us. We had gone to Florida to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, which I had mentioned to the check in person, Robincha, and later on in the evening he brought a beautiful little gift package for us from the Hotel and staff! We had the suite with the bedroom in a separate room which gave us plenty of room in the living room and bathroom. A little home away from home. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the pool and...
