"Absolutely beautiful home and setting. Peaceful and secluded. The lake at sunrise and the horses and cows on the property were icing on the cake. We were sorry to only be able to stay 2 nights for this trip. We will be back for a longer stay!"

Hosts were very helpful and provided some nice extras. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out over the water at many different birds and some fishermen."

"I've stayed here before in the Garden Cottage and it's a cute and charming place to stay. It's nice that there's a kitchen with the basic necessities and a lovely screened front porch to sit and relax. It's a great location close to downtown restaurants and shops. "My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two German Shepherds. We found this beautiful log home!! It was beautifully decorated and it has an amazing dog friendly yard! Our puppies were free to play in the yard and explore while being completely secure. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again! The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 for sure! Very convenient to a lot of trails/forest for hiking if the heat cooperates!"
