"Cape Cod Loft was extremely clean, very quiet, and comfortable beds. The furnishings are nicely done and the property and neighborhood are excellent. The “kitchenette” is very basic, it’s more like what a hotel provides than a kitchenette. The host provided an extra very nice air mattress for the night our granddaughters stayed with us. We were concerned about the traffic staying on the Sagamore side of the bridge but because it’s located very close to the bridge we had no trouble crossing over to the Cape, which we did numerous times during our 4 nights stay. Would definitely recommend! "
"This home and its property was like a dream! We traveled with 3 kids (ages 1, 3, and 11) and we felt safe, we had tons of space and plenty for the kids to do. The location is convenient to so many things, we highly recommend Heritage Park! The backyard is massive and a great place to hang out, plus there are bunnies hopping around. There was a whole downstairs level we didn’t even use, which would have been perfect for our in-laws if they came with us. This house had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We cannot wait to come back again."
"We had a wonderful time walking the Cape Cod Canal all the way to the bridge. The house was very confortable and clean. There are so many unique restaurants. Sagamore Beach is known for it's seaglass, which we love to search for every summer and create fun crafts. "
"The property is in a nice area and is convenient to the grocery and the northern beaches (10 Min.). The layout of the house is good for families. The pool is very nice and is heated. Everything was clean when we arrived. We had a very nice visit but the property is a bit tired. The doors leading to the sun porch and the pool house door both had issues and were hard to use. Simple issues like replacing broken blinds, cleaning the grill, mowing the grass, replacing light bulbs and replacing cracked moldings, etc. would dress up the place quite a bit. In addition we felt the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were no baking pans or serving bowls. We had to order items on Amazon. There was poison ivy in the yard and weeds in the front flower planters. It would have been much more welcoming had there been flowers there.Lastly, the propane was completely empty in the very dirty gas grill.I would give the physical condition a 3 rating."
