"Went with my three kids, ages 5-7 and it was great for them they loved the castle theme and we're enchanted by the decor. Through my adult eyes, everything was outdated and pretty dirty looking. I wiped down everything in the room, especially the bunk beds. We found gogurt wrappers in the tressels (my kids don't eat gogurt). For how much we paid, I guess I was expecting better."

"This was our 2nd time here. Location is great. Parking is easy. Rooms are nice. We've gotten a balcony both times and it's very nice on a warm night to relax on. The pool and hot tub are is great. Brand new loungers and tables. Nice bar for drinks at the pool. We will be back"

"The hotel was located in a most convenient area.Walking distance to many attractions like the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It is within 20-30 minutes drive to Universal Studios The staff was very helpful, respectful and friendly!!"
