"The rooms were so small, the bathroom was a joke, it didn’t even have a counter top. The images online versus what reality was completely different. The sheets were horrible felt like sand paper. Bath towels the same. There is no A/C and you can’t open any windows as they have security locks for safety measures due to crime in the area. We would not stay here again. "

"Perfect place across the street from the beach with various restaurants and shops within walking distance. Love that you are able to get towels, chairs and toys for the beach that you have to return by the end of the day. Cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room while we enjoyed the city and sea."

"Our stay was enjoyable. The room was not the cleanest. We discovered carrots under the side table, several cobwebs in the corners of the room and the water in the bathtub trickled out. The sheets were really clean and tucked in nice and tight. The coffee was stacked and nice to have in the morning. There was even creamer! The pool was pleasantly heated, and there's so many choices of which ones to go to. Love that they had food available for purchase and a bonus. If you have children, they offer you sun lotions, glasses and little items for the sun for children. The staff is fun and really kind. They really took the time to talk and explain answers to any questions we had. All and all it was a good stay."

"The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"
