I loved that it was treated like a restaurant where they found you a table and chairs. The staff was plentiful and so very friendly. "This Hilton property has 6 Towers: Lagoon, Rainbow, Tapa, Ali’i, Kalia and Diamond Head. We booked a room with ocean view without knowing the condition of the condition of the buildings and got a room at Diamond Head, which was the only building that has not been renovated since it was built. The rest of the towers have been renovated we were told. The room was spacious but felt like staying at a two star hotel that had not maintained for decades. The bathtub and bathroom had a pipe blockage problem, and water would accumulate in the bathtub and the bathroom sink. To move to a renovated tower we had to pay USD90 per night! Avoid a room at Diamond Head!"
