« We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for. »

« Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. Again, very cool house but just think...

« Small farm town feel. Nice job renovating the location. If you’re looking at cooking or doing in the kitchen, they have everything you need there. Lighting in the bedroom throughout the night. It is pretty light with the street lights as there are no shades so if your used to sleeping in dark rooms that will not happen here. Very historic building we were not there very much other than to just sleep. »

« Wonderful home right on the Katy trail. We loved our stay, the house was a great location for a few days of biking. Being able to come home and use the hot tub was a huge plus. We loved Phillys pizza and Cori twins bar great people and atmosphere. We have rented many homes/condos in the past years, but I do have to say the extras this house provided topped them all. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would and will recommend. »
