"Close walk to beach, good food and coffee. Room was clean, but older hotel. They provide beach towels which was nice and beach cruiser bikes on site to rent. Older bikes but function well and very affordable to rent all day."

Oceanfront Views Get-Away Carbon Beach - Starfish

"Absolutely stunning beachfront location. You can hear the waves lapping up off the front porch. Major down side is no air conditioning and trust me, you need it for mid August heat. They do have two vornado fans for your use. The bedroom windows don’t have screens so I didn’t feel comfortable leaving them open all night and it got hot to sleep. They have tiny ants in all the rooms, they didn’t really bother me. Check in was seamless and off street parking was great. There is a coffee maker but no coffee or tea so make sure you bring some if that’s your jam. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but not horrible either. Location was perfect, walking distance to the pier."
