« Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend. »

« The attached little apartment was a perfect stay for my husband. The in unit washing machine and dryer is super convenient if you’re staying for a while. He stayed almost a month. The apartment was clean and in a safe area, he also enjoyed visits from the wild turkeys. The host was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating for us. He would definitely stay here again! »

« First and foremost, host is as kind as they come, so it makes it hard to write this review. The « building » is an old garage, which could be cool BUT, it is pretty old ( not in a quaint way) and very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere, dust, stuff (hoarder style). The bathroom, if we can call it that, is upstairs. A dirty piece of carpet welcomes you upstairs. The shower is a plastic box and the toilet next to it is extremely low and small. « Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...
