(2,910 reviews) Overall, I had a very good experience at this resort. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities (especially the pool and dining options) really stood out and made the stay enjoyable. That said, the customer service was a noticeable downside. Some staff members seemed disengaged, and a few requests took longer than expected or required follow-ups. While nothing completely ruined the trip, it did take away from what could have been an excellent experience. Despite the service issues, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, especially if improvements are made in staff responsiveness and communication. With better customer service, this resort could easily be a top-tier destination.
