We recently stayed at this Home2 Suites by HIlton because it was relatively close to the beach. The whole place was very clean, and the housekeeping and front desk staff were very helpful. The only thing I disliked was the breakfast. The food options were very limited, and they seemed understaffed. The entire place was full of people, and every time we asked for something, we were told they no longer had any available. I had never experienced something like this at a Hilton property before. By the third day, there was no fruit available at all, no milk cartons, only one gallon of milk for all guests to share. The yogurt machine was “out of service,” they ran out of half-and-half for the coffee, and several other items were unavailable as well. It became frustrating because the staff’s attitude was very unpleasant and not kind at all. Maybe they need to add more staff to the food service department and provide additional customer service training.
