"Was a beat up dump, needed paint, patching, new floor, an airing. Nice bed. Toilet clogs easily and flusher does not turn off the water--with both you get flooding of the floor. Neighborhood rife with addicts. One tenant dumping bucket of water from second floor balcony!!!"

"Pool is only wading depth but we enjoyed it. I liked the waterfall into pool.We had lots of space. There is a Big table on patio to fit everyone. We had several people cooking and space for them to work. There is also a table inside. And 4 seats at kitchen counter.Outside was nice area to sit around fire pit.Everyone enjoyed whirlpool, air hocky, fooze ball. Basketball game , sauna and pool table. There is also yoga area we did not use. We had family of all ages and activities for everyone."

"Our stay was wonderful!! We stocked up on travel size shampoo conditioner and body wash and briught extra towels because we're used to them not being privided - we could have saved the money. Aside from that we had coffee next to the machine and water in the fridge, extra towels atop the washer, and our host had fired up the AC before we arrived to make sure it was a perfect checkin. The views were absolutely astounding, especially at night. Photos could never do it justice. The neighborhood is just beautiful and especially as someone who has never visited California, it was exactly what i wanted in a place to stay. 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, 30 minutes from Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, we even drove 2 hours to see a Dodgers game in LA and drove to Arizona doen next to the Mexican border just to take in the sights. Wonderful, accessible, communicative hosts and a really really great location for a stay in southern California. Can't say enough good things about this place!!!!! PERFECT for two people and if we hadn't flown, our two dogs too!!!!! "
