"We were greeted promptly with kindness. Everyone there was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend the in-house restaurant as well! Mixed drink, steak, and service were top notch!"

"I waited at the airport for an hour waiting to the shuttle. I ended up requesting an uber and by the time I got to the front desk, the agent said they were too busy to answer the phone. The room was dirty. I had to spray Lysol and Clorox just to lay on the bed. The fire alarm repeatedly went off throughout my stay!"

"In the middle of the night, there was the most violent fighting that we have ever heard. It went on for HOURS. For any needs during your stay, they text you, and no one responded when we needed help all evening. At 3 am, we had no response, so I called the front desk, and he sounded like he was asleep. I told him that he would need security or even the police. He said I'll check into it. Needless to say, we didn't sleep at all. And FYI, the parking is 25 dollars to park overnight."

"The hotel is showing some age. The rooms need painting, especially the bathrooms!!! Don't know how the beds are suppose to feel but they were pretty soft, as if wore out. This was my first time to stay at a Candlewood Suites. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience , but it does need some attention!"

"Only 1 elevator works, no fridge in your room, only a single room of toilet paper in your bathroom/ no backup. ICE is only on the 1st floor. "

"Front desk staff was wonderful per usual. I had some issues with getting my air turned on and had to call down to the front desk to get help and help was sit in less than 10 min!! I will always choose to stay there!"

"Filthy dirty, rooms are hardly habitable. So run down. Booked a suite and they told me at check in they didn’t have one, so to get enough beds for my family they charged me an extra $80 a night. The area around the hotel is so run down and you are not safe outside your room. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!"
