"This is usually our go to when we visit our son. Not sure if allowing dogs is new as we never saw before but there was a dog that barked from 5am to the time of us checking out at 6:30 am where we decided to leave! bc it was barking so loud across from our room! Who wants to hear that. Told the front desk and apparantly we weren’t the only ones to complain. How is this ok? Dissapointed in our old faithful."

"The hotel doesn’t live up to its photos. The elevators were noticeably dirty, our room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. We called the front desk and spoke with Melanie, who said the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms, but that an engineer would come up to fix the AC. Forty minutes passed and no one showed up, so we called again. This time we were told the engineer had already reset the thermostat remotely, but the room was still warm and stayed that way all night. We also noticed rooms showing as available online while being told the hotel was at capacity, which was confusing. By then it was past 10:30pm and we were tired, so we let it go. Not a great night’s sleep. The one highlight was the valet team, who were genuinely kind and went out of their way to help."
