RULES \- Minimum Age: Hotty Toddy Hideaway require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature. \- Every reservation includes a $1,500 accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! \- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability. \- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home. We do not allow parties or any unregistered guests. Cancellation Policy Oxford Vacation Rentals offers a 60-day cancellation policy, allowing flexibility while ensuring fairness to both guests and homeowners. However, Oxford Vacation Rentals maintains a strict no-cancellation policy for high-demand events, including Ole Miss football games (regular and postseason), concerts, the Double Decker Festival, and Ole Miss Graduation. These events bring significant demand, and reservations are considered final once booked. \*Departure instructions – we don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We leave a grill cleaning brush for the grill - if you prefer to have our cleaning staff clean the grill, let us know in advance for a $25 charge! We appreciate you! It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood that’s within a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and I imagine it would work just as well for three couples as it did for our family. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were stocked with everything we needed.
