"We stayed in one of the wagons, which was a unique experience...one we would do again. Showers weren't the best, but it is a working ranch. Food at the cafe was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst we were there it rained overnight, but we weren't worried about rain getting into the wagon, and in point of fact - it was so relaxing listening to the rain on the wagon's canopy. Overall, we would recommend this unique experience!"

"The view from the terrace was amazing, that is the best part of the hotel. I guess you are paying for that view, but you don’t get that view if you are staying in one of the interior cabins. The rest of the hotel was run down; shower knob not working, mattress was saggy, no microwave, tiny fan (needed during summer months during the day). No AC but not needed at night as it gets pretty cool at night with the windows open. The staff was really friendly. The pool was supposed to be heated but it felt really cold. The area, mountains and beautiful view of the grand Tetons make up for the lacking parts of the hotel."

"lovely cafe and staff very friendly. But be prepared-if you rent a teepee, you are roughing it. Bring warm clothes, extra blankets and/or sleeping bag for cold temps. The mornings are chilly. Also, I advise that you bring a headlamp or bright flashlight or lantern for the interior. The food at cafe was great. I did not think the coffee was good at all, so skip that or bring your own. I loved that I got a cup and they allowed refills for soda. They ran the horses in the morning which was super fun and was amazing to watch. Real ranch/cowboy experience!!! The staff is wonderful, cheery, attentive and work hard. I appreciate their kindness and great service in the cafe and at the check in desk. I appreciate that they greeted me each and everytime I encountered them. I will mention the only drawback for me was that the bathroom was gross-toilet clogged, floor very wet which is a safety hazard for anyone. There was a lot of mud and water and the showers were ok but slightly yucky and I kinda wanted to take a hot shower after five miles of hiking but decided not to. I would suggest maybe that the bathroom be monitored often for clean up and some soft touches be put in the ladies room-some pictures maybe? color? the ceiling had insulation hanging out of it and was unsightly. Also, it would be super cool if more adirondack plastic chairs were available for campers to hang out in. Also, a charging station for phones in cafe would be cool so I could check my weather app."

"Nice large room for our family of four. Building that our room was in did not have an elevator so we had to carry all of our luggage up about 20 steps to our second level room. Liked having heater in the bathroom area. Nice pool and workout area. Limited seating in continental breakfast area. Some stains/tears on pullout sofa bedding. Overall, the spacious room and location to town square make this hotel a good choice."

"The only good thing about this property was the view. It is a working ranch on a national forest so they are limited on what they can do for updates. Upon arrival, we were greater with a broken toilet seat. We told front desk and management twice and it was not fixed. We also had a mouse in our room that ate our snacks. Management did not offer any help or solution. I was forced to ask for a room change. Once we changed rooms, the new room was dirty. It had left over trash from the previous guest as well as dirt and hair all of the floor. The heat was stuck on, maintenance came to fix but ended up nicking himself and left a blood trail on his way out. We spoke to management again but the only solution was sweeping the floor and extra towels. I have tried many times to get a resolution but still haven’t received one."

"From the moment we walked in, flustered from our own challenges, Bella at the front desk was kind, understanding, and helpful. She knew all the ins and outs of the whole park, in addition to the ranch. She is an absolute treasure! We checked into our cabin shortly thereafter, which was clean, comfortable and wonderfully maintained. I called Bella asking if we could join a trail ride posted in the lobby, and she was quickly able to get our answer, which we were thrilled was a yes! We came and explored the lodge and played cards in the lobby till the ride. My daughter and I loved the trail ride and getting to meet Tabitha, Ashley and Curt, who ran it all. (10 out of 10 on Ashley and Curt leading the ride - they were so good - and both really awesome people!) We rode Woodstock and Claire who had sweet tempers and clear affinity for their handlers and the guests. Extra bonus on our ride: we got to share it with Aiden and Kambell from Sheffield’s, who were a joy to become acquainted with. We also received dinner recommendations from our new friends during the ride, and late at Sheffield’s we were able to enjoy huckleberry mules (they even made a mocktail for our daughter!), potstickers and truffle fries plus our own selections! We only regretted not being able to have the cheesecake because we were so full! I am impressed by the accommodations, the activities, the dining, and the wonderful professionals at Flagg Ranch. We so wished we could have stayed longer! - Bekah Carlson"
