"Nice property! Great amenities! Follow instructions to get spectrum to work. But one instruction is missing. You have to add the spectrum app in, because it will keep getting deleted. This needs to be added to the instructions."
Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel by OYO Lincoln City

"The view and the location are the only two positive things here. The staff is indifferent and at times flat out rude. They defer to OYO Corporate any problem you may bring up, take no responsibility for their own hotel being run down(one of our sinks was broken, the luggage cart broken, no comforters on the beds, mismatched sheets, loose railings on the balcony, empty coffee and waffles for breakfast).. it got so bad my wife made the coffee herself. I was mischarged six times for a deposit and was forced to call OYO Corporate to straighten it out, then called the hotel to confirm my reservation and the guy was defensive, rude, and unhelpful. When my wife asked for another comforter the man rolled his eyes and responded, you're taking it from a "Good Room"??? Didn't we pay for a good room? The beach is steps away and the view is unbelievable, other than that, stay at your own risk, literally"

"Nice quiet property on the water. Our room required a shuttle to get to and from our room so our car was not close. Restaurant is only open a couple of days. The walls are very thin as well. Could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Our room was older but very clean and comfortable beds. Minimal kitchen amenities but seemed to have all we needed. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The views from Sunset Haven were amazing. My only issues were the noise from the visitors above me, There were a few things that were uncleanly like an emergency evacuation plan on the door. It looked like someone had spilled coffee on it, and someone had loosely put a piece of tin foil over the peephole in the door. And there was only one tissue in the tissue box dispenser. But in general it was clean and nothing can beat the views. The management is not on site which felt a little strange. And I have concerns about the security of the key boxes that they use. But I would consider staying there again."
