"Everything was great about the property. The beach gets a little wild in the middle of the night. We’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years. It’s fantastic every time."

"Very friendly staff across the board. Our room was clean and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. Very comfortable bed. Free breakfast included is a huge deal when you’re retired and on a fixed income. We stayed in March and despite the rain we really enjoyed our getaway. "

"Staff was nice, easy check in and check out. Okay for the price but room was not very clean. Literally chunks of something, other stuff on the floor. Definitely didn't clean the floors but I don't think they even vacuumed/swept. That grossed me out so I didn't want to take my shoes off at all unless lying in bed. Also, lotion dispenser had something else in it, soap, shampoo, not sure but definitely not soap. For the price I would probably stay again because it was one of the cheapest but just know what you are getting. "

"Our stay was in the Oceania room 507 which had a beautiful view of the ocean. It just happened to be a little too cold, rainy, and windy to enjoy the balcony. The room was very clean, modern, and had a nice whirlpool bathtub and fireplace. The individuals working at the front desk were always very nice and accommodating. This hotel seems to be a little on the older side, but so do most in the area. They are doing some renovations though. It is a good location within short distances to many restaurants and coastal businesses, and to Chinook Winds Casino. "

"Floor had stains all over and some toiletries were missing. Accommodations were made for ADA request to the best of their abilities. "

"This is our third time staying at this resort and once again we were treated with kindness and respect and all of our needs were met and we had an oceanview without paying an ocean price and once again it was amazing. I recommend it to anyone coming to stay in the Newport area. It has everything you need."
