"Le reservé a la familia de mi hermana, el check in se los hicieron hasta las 4 pm porque estaban limpiando las habitaciones. Les dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, al percatarse que ya había personas ahí adentro, regresaron a recepción para avisar, les dan otra habitación, se hospedan y a los 5 minutos van otros huéspedes a abrirles la puerta porque les dieron la misma habitación. Al personal le falta organizarse bien. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. "

And while the staff was quick to help, my key card stopped working halfway through my stay, as if they had shown i was checked out and the card had to be reset. "
