« New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception. »

« The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you. »
