"The granary cottage is lovely, it’s small but is perfect for a couple and our dog. It has everything you need from a very comfy sofa, amazingly comfy bed, great bathroom, modern tv so you can watch your streaming channel of choice. Lots of small touches that show they care about you having a good stay. The quality of the finishes, having good quality bed and sofa makes so much difference. Welcoming and friendly staff. Superb views.
"The staff were all welcoming and attentive and helpful. The rooms were bigger than we expected, they were bright and airy and clean. The room numbering was a little challenging, not being consecutive. A few signs at the top of stairs and lift would be helpful. The breakfast was lovely and a good selection of self service buffet or cooked to order. The sandwiches served in the lounge were really nice, the fries being crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. There was a good selection of non alcoholic drinks, which is important to me these days. The hotel location on the cliff top with superb views to the Isle of Wight and steps down to the sandy beach was great. We would definitely stay there again."
