« Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive...

« Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, the unit doesn’t tell the story of how great the inside looks! We were pleasantly surprised at the remodeling on the inside and new appliances. « This is the cutest place! Clean, furnished well, great kitchen and the most unique TV set up I've ever seen. The location is perfect - just across the street from the river and a 3-4 mile long walking/biking trail. The sunrise photo was taken from the front door of my room (H). « The hosts were very accommodating. We’re always there. They answered the phone quickly and offered us more than we asked for. I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end. »
