This hotel could not be located in a more ideal location to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment! They save prime parking spots for guests! The enclosed green area was perfect for kids to play and people to gather and relax.

Lovely hotel the staff are very friendly. Room walls are super thin though so you can hear the neighbours talking and watching movies until 2am so unfortunately I didn't get the rest I would have liked. I feel quite hours need to be more enforced.

Our room was clean and comfortable with thoughtful amenities- mini fridge, plenty of outlets, luggage rack, storage and counter space. The office staff was friendly and took great care of us. We enjoyed the excellent morning coffee and muffins in the courtyard. The location is perfect, right across from the park and beach, and in the middle of Vero’s best shopping.

Within the first minute, you can tell that this is a family run business. The owners take great pride in making this your home away from home...so many little touches that mean so much, from coffee and muffins every morning to perfect touches in each room. We were in a King room at this property. It was immaculate. The bathroom area is large and well appointed. The climate control was also very good with both AC and a dehumidifier. We were a bit disappointed with the bed as we felt, and let employees know, that the mattress should be replaced as we ended up in the middle of the bed in the morning. There was no chair in the room, but it did have a high table with 4 metal bar stools. Be aware that the two front windows in the seating area have blinds, but they do not close all the way. Surprise-as the coffee service is right outside these windows. Arrive as early as possible to get a good parking space and these are limited. There are several reserved spots around the corner from the hotel but not enough for all guests. We did not have any issues with parking though. The property is in a great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants without having to drive. The beach is right across the street with access through the park. It is Ocean Drive so prices are high, but the convenience is worth it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Vero Beach area is nice. It is quiet and not so busy that it seems crowded.
