Indian River County Vacation Packages

I enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and they had multiple pools with bars. I didn’t try the resort water park, but I’m sure it was top notch as well. I also liked the price, especially with all of the amenities that were included. Only issue was the price of the items in the convenience store that is located on the resort. Luckily there is a Walmart.5 miles down the road.

Clean and close to shopping areas

Overall, a great spot and close to Epic Universal , a cab ride was only $6 . The property does provide free shuttle . My family and I like to walk so we walked to a few local restaurants and rented scooters as a family.

It was just ok. I didn’t always get accurate answers to my questions. The building was pretty far from the lobby and anytime I needed a ride there they would say 10-15 mins wait time but would be longer in most cases. Some guest were noisy and showed lack of respect for others around them such as playing loud music at 8am. The property itself looks nice this is just a place I would not enjoy or want to stay again.

Staff at the front desk did not speak loud enough almost like she didn't want to be bothered during check in. We staid in the cottages and we did not like that we did not have enough toilet paper for our stay. I now understand that it's a self mananged unit but did not see that coming. It was really frustrating having to have to go to target at the end of a tiring day for TP. The facility should have a connivance store on property. The worst part of the stay was on the last day we had the electricity go out in the bathroom and bedroom with no one available to call for help. We had to pack in the dark with our phone lites, this part was extremely frustrating. I did check the breakers and GFI outlets to re-set but we had no luck with that. The property, the restaurant staff and the complementary shuttle staff was were great. Yes I would return but not to a cottage I will stay in the hotel.
