Not handicapped accessible at all . The smell from the restaurant exhaust was right outside our room . We had a problem with the toilet and we called , but nobody came. We had to fix it ourselves. The beach was closed and they didn’t let us know . The pictures are very deceiving. I understand they don’t own the restaurant but we were served dirty glasses . I will say the view from the balcony is wonderful! The area was very nice . Soap crumbled - had to go buy our own. Downstairs bar was very loud - probably should have thought about that when we booked. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, similar to what I'd expect in a hotel room bed. I received ample communication about parking and accessing the unit.
