« The room was nice but not very clean. We had to clean the desk chair by the way it was stained who knows what was done on it. All the tabletops and nightstands were filthy and had water marks from glasses from the prior visitors. Soap and shampoo pumps ran out, and we were only there for two days. We have stayed there before it has been much better but this time not so good. »

« The room was perfect - King bed plus sofa. The amenities were over the top: free breakfast, free afternoon snacks (popcorn), free cookies in the evening, and a manager's reception (spagetti, taco night, chili night) M-W evening! The hot tub was hot and the pool was heated. And the free breakfast was better than most: prepared omlettes, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, chocolate milk, lowfat milk, cereal, spicy potatoes, bacon/sausage, pancakes, juices, great coffee. « No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« Location is perfect - right across the street from lake, we were able to swim every morning without having to move our car. The property is beautifully maintained with flowers everywhere. Room was nice, beds were good - too many pillows, though. Literally ten pillows on each bed. »
