"When we got to the room we found beer cans, belongings from another person, we left them in the room when we checked out a day early due to not wanting to stay any longer. Staff was not very helpful or professional. I called front desk to ask where the towels were for the pool i was told that i had to go to front desk to get a towel due to covid, the hot tub was cold and i no matter what i did i couldnt get it warm, the whole pool area looks very unclean i left the pool area after being in there less then 20 min, the restaurant was gross tables were dirty, as im dried on food, the floors looked as they have never seen broom or a mop, the bar area was dusty and gross looking. And the bar tender spent more time on her phone then anything else. The breakfast its self was great and it closes at 10:30am which is fine but the guy taking care of the area tried to shut it down early he came up to my child and i as we were eating at about 9:50 asked if we were done or if we wanted more food then he started packing everything up even when other guest were coming to eat as it wasnt 10:30 yet. My over all experience was horrible and ill never stay there again."
