Room was clean, pillow smelled bad, low hot water in shower, no free coffee bar, food very expensive. Good service, free shuttle to Universal.

Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration
The hotel had a light out. I had to call to get the ac checked. The room wasn't clean. I went to throw clothes in the dryer, & I realized housekeeping had the shower curtain in the wash wet. And the shower had no curtain. I also was supposed to stay 4 nights ended up only staying 2 and was charged ...

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Amazing ! We stayed 10 days. Kids loved the pool and the lazy river. Room was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Friendly staff. Food was ok but adequate. Overlal - a very relaxing, enjoyable vacation
